+ Good rooms, very good service by the staff, excellent food! - Bathroom was not clean, after informing the FO staff, before checkin. It was dirty! Not cleaned! - Breakfast options was poor! FO manager told us at the checkin, there will be fruits, Juice and good options for Breakfast. But unfortunately, except Poori and Paratha, there was nothing in the hotel. Not even a Banana! It was really horrible to hear from the kitchen staff saying no fruits and juices available! But the Paratha was excellent! - Unprofessional management! - Restuarant had a celebration the previous night, and it wasn't cleaned till 9 am in the morning, when we came for breakfast! Such a shame! Outside lawn was dirty. Everywhere food particles and couldn't even walk! - This place is good for some celebration and party, but don't expect if you are landing up there! - Despite asking for normal water to drink in the room, they served bottled water and charges us!

My stay was very comfortable. The staff members at the property are professionals and courteous. The room was excelent. I really like the surrounding of the property. There was a dog I don't remember the name. But he is one of my favorite breed. Very friendly dog. I will sure visit the place in coming future.

The best place to stay if you're planning a trip to Sagar. Food and beverages are phenomenal and the staff is cordial and very helpful. Rooms are luxurious, spacious, and well-maintained for a reasonable price point at which they are offered. A must-try for staycation, lunch parties, or conferences.

I stayed in The Heritage Convention for almost a month, and it is THE BEST hotel in the main Sagar city. There is no doubt in my mind. The ambience is very very aesthetic, warm and quiet. The staff, especially Mr. Shubham, and Mr. Sapendra who were there to selflessly provide their service to me and my team throughout our stay. Mr Rahul Kushwaha from the Kitchen team was my go to person to cure my late night food cravings, great service by them and their team. The owner Mr Karan is a very artistic person which is clearly evident from the vintage bikes and artistry in the hotel, the structure itself resembles the White House. The rooms are always clean and non smelly unlike most other hotel in Sagar. They have huge rooms and great food. A pool for you to chill at any hour. A must stay place in Sagar!

The stay was very comfortable.. The best part is the hospitality. The staff is very courteous. Mr. Subham, a staff member is an asset.. I strongly recommend opting for this hotel. This is really good.

The hotel has a very good staff members lawasy ready to help.. Even the houskeeping staff is so humble that they look very trained and are really very helpful. The food tastes good and the restaurant ambience is on another level

Experience is very bad reception staff is very strict for timely checkout. He is not co-operate. So this is not right place to stay corporate persons. Service is poor and reception employees behaviour not good. So I suggested never stay here. This is my second time but next time I wouldn't stay in here.
